TUS International expects to have high growth in revenue with HK$ 4.8 billion backlog from 2018 to 2020
As of June 30, 2018, the Company’s camera-based ADAS segment backlog from 2018 to 2020 was HK$1.82 billion, which is seven times the revenue of this segment in 2017.
TUS International announced on 12th July 2018 that the Company conditionally agreed to buy Telit’s automotive division, to further strengthen the intelligent driving system business of the Company. And the automotive connectivity segment backlog from 2018 to 2020 was US$380 million (equivalent to approximately HK$ 2.98 billion) as of March 31, 2018.
After the completion of the acquisition, the Company’s total backlog from 2018 to 2020 of camera-based ADAS segment and automotive connectivity segment will reach to at least HK$ 4.8 billion. In addition, there will be significant cross-selling opportunities based on the existing sales and service network of both camera-based ADAS segment and automotive connectivity segment, which will bring significant increase in revenue of the Company in the future.
